6/7: KIDS AND CHIROPRACTIC

How adjustments can help not only injuries, but a variety of symptoms including headaches, stomach problems, ADD, ADHD, colic, allergies, to name just a few. 6/14: LOW BACK STRENGTHENING EXERCISE USING AN EXERCISE BALL

Learn an easy, 5 min exercise you can do at home to help strenthen your low back, abdomen, gluteal region, and legs. Will also demonstrate how to modify the exercise for those who want to strengthen but suffer from knee or other leg pain. Bring your own exercise ball or purchase one here (pump included).

6/21: CHRONIC PAIN AND FIBROMYALGIA

Learn an alternative approach to treating these debilitating conditions. Chiropractic care and how it can help, exercise, nutrition, and other alternative therapies will be discussed.

6/28: TOXINS AND HOW THEY AFFECT YOUR HEALTH

I will explain how we are each exposed to toxins on a daily basis, what the affects of exposure are, and a few ways we can detoxify to gain better health. Time permitting, samples will be provided of some healthy, easy recipes you can try at home which are not only low in calorie but taste great. Child approved, you kids will love them!

Chiropractors

Finding a reliable and trustworthy chiropractor doesn't have to be a stressful experience. I have been in the chiropractic profession for 12 years now. I graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Aug, 1999. I have owned and operated two successful chiropractic practices, one in TX and on in upstate NY. I am currently licensed in both NY state and PA.

While I am professional, I am also approachable. I treat my patients like family, giving my best in all circumstances. While the type of treatment I provide may not be for everyone, I hope that you will remain open and give us a chance to help you improve your health. Typically, everyone first goes on a "trial" treatment plan to see if what I do works. If it does, then we proceed with further treatment if needed. If it doesn't (which doesn't happen often, but certainly can), then I will make a referral based on your needs. I welcome the chance to meet you and help you in any way that I can.
